Dave, is this the best place to have a development discussion with you. Thanks,

I'm interested in creating a livestream of podcasters via RSS using our custom podcast player on radio station websites. No "real-time" live podcast, but a real-time live role of podcast episodes in the player. Is this possible with your tools or tweaks to your tools?

I'm doing livestreams (with rss 2.0 and podping notifications of course) using the hive-tube plugin. The quality is awesome and the livestreams are actually p2p. Checkm out at https://hive-tube.com

On that website it says you need to first find a site host, or run your own on your own server. Your podcast has to be hosted/streamed from somewhere.

Once you have a peertube username (see their instructions here: https://docs.joinpeertube.org/use-create-upload-video), then you just login to your host and either upload the file, "go live", or use the Hive-Tube auto-import feature (it will watch for your podcast from other sites such as captivate.fm, podbean, etc). It's totally free and you can start to earn a passive income from it as well.

They have a chat room at agorise.chat or you can email them from the website too. Nice folks. :)
